Miroslav Life OS is a private personal productivity and knowledge-management application operated for its owner's own use.
The application requests only the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permits the application to see, create, and modify only specific Google Drive files that the user creates with or explicitly uses with the application.
The integration may read and write the Life OS Google Sheet and Area Google Docs required for synchronization.
Google user data is used only to provide the Life OS synchronization functionality. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Canonical Life OS records and their audit history are stored in the operator's private PostgreSQL database. Because Life OS keeps append-only history for integrity and auditability, an accepted historical record may remain in that private store even if the corresponding Google file or current view is later archived or removed.
The user can revoke the application's Google access at any time from the third-party access or connected-app permissions in their Google Account. Revocation stops future Google synchronization until access is granted again.
